In Philadelphia and also in any part of the world every citizen in a democratic country can hold civil rights and freedom. There should not be any discrimination between people in possessing their own rights. There is often a common question among the civilians that can I sue someone who interferes with my Philadelphia civil rights. The most evident and the general answer to this question are yes.
