This case was filed to ensure the Philadelphia ADA laws and civil rights. The compliant was lodged that he was a jury before due to some disability he was discriminated. The court justifies that he is liable to be a jury. Hence the Americans with disabilities act help the people who have disabilities to fight for their justice and the civil rights which every other citizen usually possesses.
There are also many non government organizations which help the people who suffer from disabilities to fight for their civil rights. These organizations also provide training, technical assistance and information for the people with disabilities. By the law and amendment of the United States every citizen has equal civil rights and freedom without any discrimination.
